The Audio Visual People are veterans with AV equipment rental in many hotels including: The Hilton Riverfront New Bern, Sheraton Hotel in Atlantic Beach, and The Shell Island Resort in Wrightsville Beach. Many hotels now use our company as a "in-house AV tech".
As a larger company we provide services to many meeting places including some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the country. We have all the newest technology as well as keep a large number of items for back up. Some of our most requested rental items might include a; LCD projector, screen, Fast Fold Screen, microphone, sound system, wireless lapel, AV cart, switcher, SVGA cable, laptop with power point, wireless mouse, microphone mixer, dual screen setup, etc.
Call us about your meeting with the location and dates. We will then put together a quote and invoice, then send it to you via e-mail very quickly. Once we send it, it goes automatically on our calender and the equipment is staged and AV techs are assigned. Your rental equipment is in place and ready for you to use at the time and place you have designated. You may also want to have a AV tech present to help with setup and show you operation of the equipment.
